3. Negotiation
We negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and lead times on your behalf — in Mandarin and English, directly with the factory.
4. Samples
We arrange sample shipments to you or inspect samples at our Hong Kong office before you commit to a full production order.
5. Quality Inspection
Before shipment, we conduct a pre-shipment inspection: dimensions, quantities, labelling, and packing — verified against your specifications.
6. Handover
We transfer the ready cargo to our logistics team or your chosen forwarder, with a complete inspection report and all relevant documents.

MOQ depends on the product and manufacturer. For many consumer goods, MOQs start from 100–500 units. We negotiate lower MOQs for first-time orders where possible and organise consolidated shipments when volumes are small.

From briefing to approved samples typically takes 2–4 weeks. Production lead times vary by product — generally 2–8 weeks. We give you a realistic timeline in the initial consultation, not optimistic estimates.
Yes. If you already have a supplier, we can conduct a pre-shipment inspection independently and deliver a detailed photo and measurement report for a fixed fee.
We accept USD, EUR, and RUB bank transfers, and work with payment systems accessible from CIS countries. Payment options are confirmed during onboarding.
